DL7APV New one EME on 432.063 Mhz

This is my second qso on 432 EME after HB9Q. Bernd DL7APV where very strong in my set-up for 70cm EME. I am using 2X19 el Tonna and 100w by rf-concepts (rfc 4-110) amplifier. TNX Bernd for the QSO.

Solar cycle 24, due to peak in 2010 or 2011 "looks like its going to be one of the most intense cycles since record-keeping began almost 400 years ago," says solar physicist David Hathaway of the Marshall Space Flight Center. He and colleague Robert Wilson presented this conclusion last week at the American Geophysical Union meeting in San Francisco.

80M qso's Long path USA

Very nice opening for me today (19 Dec 2006) with 3 west coast USA stations on 80M. From 1999 every year I have contact with 3 stations (W6RJ,Bob + W6ZJ,Paul + K7ZV, Rich) with good signals on ssb .I RXed all today (19 Dec 2006) , with my 150 degr Beverage .Best signal (up to 59) was at 15:20z.
My antenna is a 2 el. delta loop at 30m above ground and Rig is the Yaesu FT1000MP - MARK - V.
